It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas.  Depending on your requirements and the pressure, this massage can be relaxing, invigorating or deeper to work out tension and stress.

Smooth basalt stones are heated and used to massage the body, with some stones being left on specific areas to let the heat penetrate to relax and sooth tired, tense muscles.  Hot stone massage is a slow and very relaxing massage and the heat of the stones increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

Rose quartz is a stone of love, compassion, kindness and strength. Combined with rose, sweet orange or lavender essential oils, the smooth stones are used in the same way basalt stones are used in a hot stone massage but, these stones are cool on the skin.

Reiki is based upon an ancient healing practice, which originated in Japan.

Disease, disharmony and feelings of illness are believed to occur due to disruptions or blockages in the flow of our vital life force energy, within our being. 

Using gentle hand movements and techniques which work with the subtle body and energy centres within your body (chakras), the therapist aims to assist the body in correcting or re-balancing the flow of our life force which enables us to return to a state of wellness.

Reiki can reduce stress and anxiety  and promotes physical, mental and emotional healing.  Reiki can help you find the calmness within and can bring clarity to your thoughts.

Reiki is not bound by any religion and is a suitable treatment for everyone.  It is performed with the recipient remaining fully clothed in either a seated or lying position.

Crystal healing uses specific stones and crystals to support spiritual, mental, physical and emotional healing.

This treatment is great for tired feet.  To begin an invigorating blend of ginger and tea tree is applied and removed using hot towels, followed by a massage using hot oil infused with peppermint essential oil.  The treatment is finished off by applying a cooling yogurt and mint moisturiser.To get the full and lasting benefit of this treatment it is recommended that you bring socks to wear when leaving

This treatment targets the skin on your back.  African black cleansing soap for a deep clean, exfoliation using dead sea salts, mud mask to remove impurities (and a scalp massage whilst this mask does it's work).  Mask removed using hot towels, followed by a massage and moisturising treatment.

This treatment targets the skin on your feet and aims to relieve and cleanse tired and tight feet and ankles.

Invigorating ginger and tea tree spray & African black cleansing soap for a deep clean. Hot towels. Exfoliation, mask to remove impurities or to soften skin (hand & arm or scalp massage whilst the mask gets to work). Mask removed using hot towels, followed by a massage and moisturising treatment.

This is a lovely treatment for relaxation and for sinus or headache issues. The face and scalp are massaged and finished off with a light moisturiser applied to the face.

This is not a facial and doesn't include cleanse, tone or exfoliation

This treatment begins with dry skin brushing followed by an application of a light exfoliating scrub, which is then removed using hot towels.  This is followed by a massage and finished off with a hydrating moisturising cream & cocoa butter.
