Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Mindfulness Meditation Classes 


Wednesday Evenings 6.30pm & 7.30pm


Suitable for all levels of experience.


Classes are friendly and informal and although may vary slightly week to week, will generally include breathwork, body scan and mindful visualisation.


The meditation can be practiced seated or lying down and duration is between 30 and 35 minutes
